1 Seriously Injured in Car Accident on Highway 12 near Scally Road in Suisun City
Suisun City, California (January 27, 2023) – At least one person was seriously injured in a car crash on Thursday afternoon.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened on westbound Highway 12 near Scally Road at around 1:36 p.m.
A pickup truck, a big rig and possibly a third vehicle were involved in the collision. The manner in which the accident happened was not immediately established.
CHP says at least one person was seriously injured in the accident and was transported to an area hospital for treatment.
Caltrans also responded to clean up fuel that leaked from the semi-truck and debris from the crash.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
