2 Injured in Santa Clarita Car Crash at Antelope Valley Freeway and Soledad Canyon Road

Santa Clarita, California (May 15, 2021) – Two people were injured in a car crash in Santa Clarita on Saturday afternoon.

The accident happened at about 3:24 p.m. May 15, at the southbound Antelope Valley (14) Freeway and Soledad Canyon Road, according to a California Highway Patrol report.

Four vehicles were involved in the crash. The events leading up to the collision were not immediately established.

One person was trapped in the wreckage while another was ejected from a vehicle.

The Los Angeles County Fire Department said both people were injured in the accident and were transported to an area hospital in an unknown condition.

No additional information about the accident was provided.

The CHP is investigating the cause of the accident.
