Garrett Wade Identified as Man Killed in Irvine Motorcycle Crash at Walnut Avenue and Kazan Street
Irvine, California (January 16, 2021) – Garrett Ryder Wade, 18, of Orange, has been identified as the motorcyclist who was killed in a Friday morning traffic accident in Irvine, authorities said.
The crash happened at the intersection of Walnut Avenue and Kazan Street at about 8:15 a.m. on January 15.
According to the police, Wade was riding a motorcycle on the roadway when he collided with a vehicle in unclear circumstances.
Wade was transported to a local hospital, where he was declared dead. He was a student at Concordia University.
The involved driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.

The crash remains under investigation.
