Hector Carrillo ID’d as Bicyclist Killed in Huntington Beach Collision on Pacific Coast Highway Canal
Huntington Beach, California (March 19, 2020) – The man who was killed in a bicycle collision on March 6 in Huntington Beach has been identified by the Orange County coroner’s office.
Hector Carrillo, 62, died in the collision that happened on the Pacific Coast Highway Canal overpass north of Seapoint Street at about 10:15 p.m.
Investigators say Carrillo was operating a bicycle that collided with a vehicle. It’s unclear how the two collided.
Carrillo succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
The crash is under investigation.
