Man Killed in Pedestrian Accident on Orangethorpe Avenue in Fullerton

Fullerton, California (September 17, 2020) – A man was hit and killed by a hit-and-run driver on Wednesday morning in Fullerton, the police said.

The fatal pedestrian accident was reported at around 5:40 a.m. September 16, on Orangethorpe Avenue just east of Auto Center Drive.

The man was standing in the middle of the road for unknown reasons and was struck by an unidentified vehicle.

The victim suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The identity of the deceased was not immediately determined.

The driver drove away immediately after the crash and was yet to be located.

The incident remains under investigation.
