Man Injured in Ramona Motorcycle Accident on Third Street at D Street in Ramona
Ramona, California (May 1, 2021) – A 53-year-old motorcyclist was seriously injured after colliding with a car on Friday afternoon in Ramona, San Diego.
The motorcycle accident happened on Third Street at D Street about 2 p.m., April 30, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The man was reportedly riding a 2013 Triumph motorcycle southbound on Third Street when he collided with a 2017 Toyota Corolla in unclear circumstances.
The motorcycle is reported to have crashed into the passenger side of the sedan, ejecting the rider onto the roadway.
The motorcyclist, a Ramona man, was flown to Palomar Medical Center with major injuries.
The driver of the Toyota, a 17-year-old girl, was uninjured.
No additional information about the accident was provided.
