1 Killed and 2 Injured in Van Nuys Crash on West Roscoe Boulevard
Van Nuys, California (November 7, 2019) – One person was killed after a two-vehicle collision Thursday morning in Van Nuys, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The deadly collision happened at around 7:10 a.m. in the 16400 block of West Roscoe Boulevard.
As per the dispatch, a white Tesla and a white sedan crashed for unknown reasons.
Margaret Stewart, Los Angeles Fire dispatcher, said that two victims were freed from one of the vehicles.
One patient was declared dead at the crash site. The second victim was taken to the hospital for treatment of critical injuries.
The Telsa sustained major hood damage following the crash. The white sedan was left in front of a bus shelter with its truck open following the crash.
No additional information concerning this crash was provided.
An investigation is ongoing.
