Pedestrian Killed in Kern County Crash on Highway 33 near Lost Hills Road
Kern County, California (August 14, 2019) – A pedestrian was killed after a traffic crash on Tuesday night in McKittrick, a census-designated place in Kern County, according to authorities.
The deadly crash happened at around 8:53 p.m. on southbound Highway 33, just south of Lost Hills Road.
As per the CHP officials, a driver called authorities reporting he had hit a pedestrian.
Firefighters along with paramedics responded to the scene and confirmed that the victim died in the crash.
No other information concerning this collision was provided.
An investigation is underway.
