Andy Pan Hurt after San Luis Obispo Accident on Highway 46 near Cholame “Y”
San Luis Obispo, California (August 13, 2019) – Andy Pan of Fresno has been identified as one of the several people injured after a fatal collision that occurred on Wednesday night in San Luis Obispo, according to authorities.
The collision happened at around 10:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 7, on Highway 46 near Cholame “Y”.
As per the CHP officials, a 2015 Honda Odyssey minivan was traveling eastbound on Highway 46 when it attempted to make a left turn onto Highway 46 and crashed head-on into a westbound 1997 Ford F-150.
Andy, a Honda passenger, was transported by ambulance to Twin Cities Community Hospital for treatment.
A right front seat passenger in the Ford truck was declared dead at the crash site.
The two motorists and other passengers were transported by ambulance to hospitals for treatment of injuries ranging from minor to moderate degree.
No additional information concerning this crash was provided.
An investigation is underway.
