1 Killed in Newport Beach Crash on Pacific Coast Highway
Newport Beach, California (July 6, 2023) – Authorities are investigating a fatal two-vehicle collision in Newport Beach Wednesday morning.
The traffic collision happened around 10:15 a.m. on the Pacific Coast Highway at Crystal Cove.
A truck and a white sedan collided in the location in unclear circumstances.
Both the drivers involved were hospitalized for treatment of their injuries.
The sedan driver was later declared deceased at the hospital while receiving treatment.
An investigation is underway.
