Eric Sanders Dies in Rosamond Scooter Crash on West Rosamond Boulevard and 45th Street West

Scooter Rider Struck and Killed by Car West Rosamond Boulevard and 45th Street West

Rosamond, California (July 19, 2019) – 45-year-old Eric Sanders has been identified as the scooter rider killed after a fatal collision on Wednesday night in Rosamond, according to a local news source.

The crash happened at around 8:28 p.m. Wednesday, July 17, on West Rosamond Boulevard, just west of 45th Street West.

As per the report, Sanders was riding a modified knee scooter west on Rosamond Boulevard when he was struck by a 2014 Honda Accord that was traveling behind.

Sanders suffered fatal injuries as a result of the crash.

The Honda driver identified as 70-year-old Carle Bremer of Rosamond was not injured in the crash. Authorities confirmed  Bremer remained at the scene after the crash.

An investigation is underway.
