1 Killed in Costa Mesa Accident on Interstate 405 at Harbor Boulevard
Costa Mesa, California (May 25, 2023) – At least one party sustained fatal injuries after a crash early Thursday morning on the 405 Freeway in Costa Mesa.
According to the California Highway Patrol reports, the crash happened at around 12:56 a.m. in the southbound lanes of Harbor Boulevard.
Two vehicles were involved in the traffic accident. The events surrounding the wreck were not immediately established.
Authorities arrived at the site and found one party trapped inside a car and was unresponsive.
At least one person was killed in the mishap.
The identity of the deceased was not immediately released.
The CHP is investigating the incident.
