Michelle Pan Hurt after Fatal San Luis Obispo Crash on Highway 46 near Cholame “Y”
San Luis Obispo, California (August 13, 2019) – One of the persons injured in a fatal crash that happened on Wednesday night in San Luis Obispo has been identified as Michelle Pan of Fresno, according to authorities.
The deadly crash occurred on Highway 46 near Cholame “Y” at around 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 7.
As per the CHP officials, a 2015 Honda Odyssey minivan was traveling eastbound on Highway 46 when it attempted to turn left onto Highway 46 and crashed head-on into a westbound 1997 Ford F-150.
Michelle, a Honda passenger, suffered injuries of unspecified degree and was transported by ambulance to Twin Cities Community Hospital for treatment.
A right front seat Ford truck passenger suffered fatal injuries and was declared dead at the scene.
The two motorists and other passengers were transported by ambulance to the hospital for treatment of injuries ranging from minor to moderate degree.
No additional details concerning this crash were provided.
