Frank Jones Killed in Motorcycle Crash on 215 Freeway in Perris
Perris, California (May 21, 2020) – 58-year-old Frank Jones, of Menifee, died when his motorcycle collided with a car early Wednesday morning on Interstate 215 in Perris.
According to Riverside County Fire Department, the crash happened at about 1:40 a.m. in the southbound lanes of the interstate near Harley Knox Boulevard.
The cause of the crash was not mentioned.
First responders located Jones down in the No. 1 lane and debris scattered across the freeway.
The victim sustained fatal injuries and was declared dead at the crash scene.
There were no details given about the driver of the car.
Authorities are investigating the accident.
