Woman Seriously Hurt after Stanford Pedestrian Accident at Junipero Serra Boulevard and Stanford Avenue
Stanford, California (July 18, 2019) – A 22-year-old woman was severely injured after a major pedestrian accident on Wednesday night at an intersection in Stanford, according to authorities.
The crash occurred a while before 10:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 17, at Junipero Serra Boulevard and Stanford Avenue.
As per the CHP officials, the woman was struck by a vehicle for unknown reasons.
Responding paramedics attended to the female victim who suffered a severe head injury as a result of the crash. The woman was transported to Stanford Hospital for further treatment. Her name and her current condition were not immediately released.
An investigation is underway.
