Linden, California (November 21, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of a major injury crash that happened on a highway in Linden Friday afternoon.

The major injury two-vehicle crash happened on Highway 26 at the intersection of N Flood Road at around 4:27 p.m.

It was not immediately established how the two vehicles crashed in the afternoon hours.

Paramedics responded to the scene and rushed at least one victim to an area hospital for treatment of severe injuries.

Meanwhile, officials closed down both directions of the roadway at N Flood Road as they investigated and cleared the crash site.
