Sometimes life gives us a bit of extra luck as in the case of AJ, a 4-year-old Hittier, California boy.
In Hittier California a car slammed into a little boy’s bedroom while he lay sleeping. The boy and family are lucky to be alive. However, the driver is still at large, reports CBS Los Angeles.
At about 12:15 AM on May 4, a red Nissan 350Z barreled through a wall in the home, said authorities.
The child’s grandfather, David Mazon heard the loud crash, and knew exactly what it was, as he had a similar experience prior to this in another house.
Mazon quickly ran to get his son and see about it the safety of his four-year-old grandson. They quickly noted that the four-year-old had his leg pinned under the car. It took four people to free the little boy from under the car.
AJ was conscious but crying. The entire family was scared by the incident. AJ was taken to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries and later released.
Due to the accident, nine people were displaced from their home. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is still looking for the driver of the car.
