Motorcyclist Dies in Coronado Accident on Silver Strand at Coronado Cays Boulevard
San Diego, California (July 12, 2023) – A motorcycle rider was killed Wednesday morning after a crash near Coronado in San Diego.
According to the authorities, the wreck occurred on the northbound Silver Strand at Coronado Cays Boulevard at around 7 a.m.
A motorcyclist was attempting to evade the police at a traffic stop when he sped up and crashed into another vehicle in unclear circumstances.
The motorcyclist was declared deceased at the crash site.
An investigation is underway.
