Xueyuan Zhang Killed in Orange Pedestrian Accident on Coast Highway
Orange County, California (January 31, 2023) – The Laguna Beach Police Department has identified Xueyuan Zhang, 39, as the man killed in a pedestrian accident early Saturday morning in Laguna Beach.
The deadly collision occurred at about 2:47 a.m. on January 30 in the 700 block of Coast Highway.
Police said Zhang was walking in a crosswalk when a vehicle hit him. He was declared dead at the crash site.
The involved motorist remained at the crash site and was cooperative.
