1 Dies in Chico Vehicle Collision at East Avenue and Cohasset Road
Chico, California (June 7, 2023) – On Tuesday night, one person was killed, and another sustained injuries in a vehicle collision in Chico.
The Chico Police Department said the incident was reported at East Avenue and Cohasset Road at around 9:45 p.m. June 6.
For unknown reasons, two vehicles collided in the area. The impact left both cars with significant damage.
One party was declared deceased at the location of the wreck.
Another person was hurt in the accident and rushed to Enloe Medical Center for treatment.
No additional information about the crash was provided.
An investigation into the mishap is underway.
