Man Killed in Modesto Motorcycle Crash on Highway 99
Modesto, California (June 17, 2023) – A rider was killed Friday afternoon after a collision with a car in Modesto.
According to the authorities, the wreck occurred on Highway 99, north of Carpenter Road, at around 4:05 p.m. on June 16.
A 40-year-old man was riding a Yamaha Highway 99 when he crashed into the back of a Dodge van in the same lane.
The rider was thrown from the motorcycle and landed in front of a 2016 Freightliner in another lane.
The motorcyclist, who was wearing a helmet, was transported to a hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.
