At least one Killed in San Mateo Multi-Car Crash On Highway 101

San Mateo, CA: One Killed in Highway 101 Four-vehicle Collision
San Mateo, California (December 11, 2016) – The California Highway Patrol officials are investigating a deadly collision involving four vehicles that occurred early Saturday morning in San Mateo, according to a police report.
The multi-car crash took place at about 3:13 a.m. yesterday morning.
According to the report, a white vehicle had been veering across lanes when it slammed into the center divider. The car then ended up on top of an embankment. Three other vehicles were involved in the accident.
As per the report, at least one person was declared deceased at the scene while three other parties were transported to a hospital with minor and major injuries.
Initial investigation showed that alcohol and wet road conditions might have played a role in the incident.
The crash remains under investigation.
