Clermont County, Ohio (March 23, 2018) – One person was killed, and four others were injured Thursday afternoon in a two-vehicle collision in Clermont County, according to authorities.

The fatal crash occurred at about 2:00 p.m. Thursday, March 22 on State Route 133 near U.S. 50.

According to the authorities, one truck was heading southbound on State Route 133 while another was attempting to turn left into a private drive.

The second truck failed to yield the right of way and collided with the first truck.

As a result of the collision, the first truck veered off the right side of the road and overturned. The driver of that truck was declared deceased at the scene. His passenger sustained minor injuries and was transported to Bethesda North Hospital.

The driver of the second truck was not injured. His three passengers sustained minor injuries and were all treated at the scene of the incident.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
