Antonio Brown Dies after 2-Vehicle Crash on Highway 176 and Cobblestone Village Drive in Charleston

Charleston, SC (March 26, 2018)  – A man died in hospital on Friday after a two-vehicle accident six days earlier in Charleston, according to the Berkeley County coroner’s office.

The crash took place on Friday, March 16 at the intersection of Highway 176 and Cobblestone Village Drive in Goose Creek.

According to the Goose Creek Police Department, Antonio Brown, 31, was the driver of a vehicle that collided with another at the intersection.

Brown was rushed to a hospital, where he was put under intensive care unit. He was pronounced deceased on Thursday, March 22.

No details were provided on the details of the other driver.

Police said Brown was not wearing a safety belt at the time of the accident.

The crash is under investigation.
