18-Year-Old Man Killed in Marietta Motorcycle Crash at Johnson Ferry Road and Lake Rill Court
Motorcyclist Killed in Crash with Truck at Johnson Ferry Road and Lake Rill Court in Marietta
Marietta, Georgia (March 29, 2018) – A motorcyclist was killed when he collided with a service truck on Monday in Marietta, according to Cobb County Police Department.
The fatal crash happened at Johnson Ferry Road and Lake Rill Court on Monday, March 26.
Police said Alexander Seidnitzer, 18, of Marietta, was driving a gray 2015 Yamaha FZ-07 motorcycle southbound on Johnson Ferry Road when he crashed into a white Isuzu NQR Law service truck that was making a turn from Lake Rill Court.
Seidnitzer was taken to Wellstar Kennestone Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
The driver of the truck, Joshua Peavy, 27, of Smyrna was not hurt.
The Cobb County Police are investigating the crash.
