Motorcyclist Killed in Hampton Crash on Victoria Boulevard
Hampton Man Killed in Motorcycle Accident at Victoria Boulevard and Greenbriar Avenue in Hampton
Hampton, Virginia (March 30, 2018) – A 28-year-old Hampton man was killed Thursday evening in a motorcycle accident in Hampton, according to authorities.
The deadly incident occurred shortly before 5:00 p.m. Thursday, March 29 at the intersection of Victoria Boulevard and Greenbriar Avenue.
According to the authorities, a Dodge Charger was crossing the intersection southbound on Greenbriar Avenue when it was struck by a motorcycle that was being driven eastbound on Victoria Boulevard by Dontae Cooke.
Cooke was transported to a hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment.
No other injuries were reported.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
