Kerman Man Killed, 1 Injured in 2–Vehicle Collision at Church Avenue and Siskiyou Avenue in California

Kerman, California (March 30, 2018) –  A 30-year-old man was killed while another was injured in a two-car accident on Tuesday afternoon in Kerman, according to California Highway Patrol.

The incident took place just before 3:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 27 at the intersection of Church Avenue and Siskiyou Avenue.

According to the California Highway Patrol, a black Chevrolet Camaro driven by Troy Goad was traveling northbound on Siskiyou Avenue while a Jeep Cherokee driven by 42-year-old Amirk Singh, was going westbound on Church Avenue.

For an unknown reason, the Chevrolet struck the front right side of the Jeep.

Goad was declared dead at the scene.

Singh was transported to a hospital with minor injuries.

The cause of the accident remains under investigation.
