Man Killed in Phoenix Pedestrian Crash on Central Avenue
Man Struck, Killed by Car on Central Avenue and Thomas Road in Phoenix
Phoenix, Arizona (April 3, 2018) – A man was struck and killed by a vehicle Tuesday morning in Phoenix, according to Phoenix police.
The incident occurred at about 6:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 3 near Central Avenue and Thomas Road.
Police said the man was possibly sleeping in a Phoenix parking lot when he was hit by a truck, and the driver fled the scene.
The man died at the scene.
The driver of the truck was located at a nearby business and complied with the investigators.
The accident is still under investigation at this time.
