Alfred Komok Struck and Killed by Vehicle at Commercial Drive and Mountain View in Anchorage
Anchorage, Alaska (March 23, 2018) – The man who was struck and killed by a vehicle Sunday night in Anchorage has been identified as 65-year-old Alfred Komok, according to a police report.
Police said they received a call at around 10:30 p.m. Sunday, March 18, regarding the man lying in the street at Commercial Drive and Mountain View Drive.
Komok was declared dead at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle reportedly fled the scene of the incident.
No further information regarding the incident was immediately provided.
The crash remains under investigation.
