Pulaski County, Arkansas (April 15, 2018) – A 35-year-old man was struck and killed by a car in Pulaski County Thursday night, according to Arkansas State Police.
The accident happened at around 10:04 p.m. Thursday, April 12 near Interstate 630 and John Barrow Road.
According to the Arkansas State Police, Mickey Surratt, 35, was in the middle of the roadway when he was hit by a Toyota 4Runner.
Surratt was pronounced dead at the site of the incident.
No further information regarding the crash was available.
