Emmet Man killed in Prescott Pedestrian Collision on Hines Boulevard
Emmet Man Struck, Killed by Vehicle on Hines Boulevard in Prescott
Prescott, Arkansas (April 3, 2018) – A 53-year-old Emmet man was struck and killed by a vehicle Sunday morning in Prescott, according to authorities.
The incident happened at about 6:20 a.m. Sunday, April 1 on Hines Boulevard.
Authorities said Carl Anderson was crossing Hines Boulevard when he was hit by a northbound Chevrolet Silverado.
Anderson was transported to the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, where he later succumbed to his injuries while undergoing treatment.
The Silverado’s driver was not injured.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
