Motorcyclist Killed in 110 Freeway Hit-and-run Crash Near 105 Freeway Interchange in Los Angeles

Los Angeles, CA: Fatal Hit-and-run Crash 110 Freeway Near 105 Freeway
Los Angeles California (December 5, 2016) – A motorcycle rider died Sunday evening following a deadly traffic collision at the intersection of 110 and 105 freeways, according to a police report.
At about 8:00 p.m., fire personnel from the Los Angeles Fire Department responded to reports of a red motorcycle down in the middle lanes of the freeway. There were no other vehicles at the accident scene, but it appeared that the bike had been hit.
Reportedly, the rider died in the crash. Preliminary investigations showed that a white vehicle was involved in the wreck. The authorities suspected that the vehicle fled the site after the crash.
The police issued a SigAlert for the southbound 110 Freeway and westbound 105 Freeway as they gathered evidence at the scene and to remove the bike from blocking the road.
