Los Angeles, CA: Female Driver Hits Two Pedestrians, Smashes into Museum of Broken Relationships

Los Angeles, California (September 20, 2016) – Suspected DUI female driver was arrested Monday afternoon following a hit-and-run collision that left two pedestrians with injuries in Los Angeles, according to ABC 7 News.

The hit-and-run crash took place just after 3:00 p.m. on the Hollywood boulevard at McCadden Place.

Reportedly, the female driver, believed to be in her 30s, was fleeing after being involved in a minor accident just down a museum building. She tried to turn onto McCadden but lost control of her Audi sedan and hit two female pedestrians who were walking on the sidewalk. She then smashed into the Museum of Broken Relationships building.

One of the pedestrians suffered minor injuries while the other one sustained a head injury in the accident. The two were taken to a local hospital for treatment.

According to the police, the female driver fled the scene of the accident on foot but was later found near the scene. She was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and hit-and-run.
