SACRAMENTO, California (July 27, 2016) – One person was killed Wednesday Morning in following a deadly hit-and-run accident at El Camino Avenue and Howe Avenue, a California Highway Patrol report said.
According to the report, the fatal pedestrian accident took place this morning in No. 2 lanes about 5 a.m.
The suspected driver is believed to have driven away from the scene after the crash. The police are looking for the driver but no description of the involved vehicle has been given at this time.
The Sacramento County Sheriff Coroner responded to the scene and is investigating the crash.
