STOCKTON – A Stockton motorcyclist died at the scene of a second accident after leaving the scene of an accident at the intersection of March Lane and Kentfield Road.

A called to the Stockton Police Department reported a hit-and-run accident after 7:00 p.m. Saturday between a car and motorcycle.

The driver of the motorcycle left the scene of the first accident at the corner of March Lane and Kentfield Road after causing a crash, reported Stockton Police Department.

The motorcyclist hit a second motorist shortly after driving on Bianchi Road, stated police from Stockton.

Stockton Police Officer Joe Silva said, when the driver of the motorcycle crossed the railroad tracks, he collided shortly with a different vehicle driving into the In-Shape City parking lot.

Paramedics pronounced the driver of the motorcycle dead on the scene.

The Stockton Police Department contributes speed and alcohol as factors of the fatal accident, said Silva.

Drivers need to stop at the scene of an accident if they are involved in a traffic accident, said Silva. The police department most likely would be investigating a fatal accident, if the driver of the motorcycle stopped at the first accident.

The drivers of the cars in both accidents did not have any injuries.
