San Jose, CA : Javaris J. James was only 23 years-old, died from injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Santa Clara County on January 22, 2016.
The driver of a vehicle that crashed on Fair Oaks Boulevard has been identified as Javaris J. James. He is a Santa Clara County resident.
According to the California Highway Patrol, Javaris J. James died shortly after he suffered injuries as a result of the crash.
California Highway Patrol report that James was driving hi car westbound on Fair Oaks Boulevard close to Southcliff Drive. At or around 7:30 pm he lost control of his vehicle and crashed.
The accident occurred when James was entering eastbound lanes and was struck by a pickup truck. According to California Highway Patrol, the speed of either vehicle was not yet disclosed. When the pickup struck struck Jame’s vehicle, he was immediately ejected from his car. It was not clear at this point if James had his seat belt on at the time of the accident.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the paramedics arrived on the scene shortly after and transported James to the nearest hospital James was declared dead at the hospital at 8pm. The police at this time do not have any information about whether drugs or alcohol played a role in the accident.
