One Killed in Tulare Boat Accident on Kings River near Highway 99
Tulare, CA: Fatal Boat Crash on Kings River
Tulare, California (July 2, 2018) – A person was killed in a boating accident late Sunday afternoon in Tulare, according to the authorities.
The fatal accident happened at around 4:50 p.m. July 1, on the Kings River, east of Highway 99.
Authorities said for unknown reasons, two boats collided.
One person was declared dead at the scene. Their name was not immediately released.
The extent of injuries sustained by other victims was not immediately disclosed.
It is unknown if alcohol was a factor in the accident.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
