One Killed in Van Nuys Car Crash on North Woodley Avenue
Van Nuys, California (June 30, 2023) – One person was killed, and five others sustained injuries after a head-on collision in Van Nuys Thursday night.
According to the Los Angeles Fire Department, the wreck happened at around 9:35 p.m. June 29 in the 6400 block of North Woodley Avenue.
Two vehicles collided head-on in the location in unclear circumstances.
A 60-year-old woman was pronounced deceased at the scene.
A 3-year-old boy was rushed to a hospital with critical injuries.
Four other parties, a 22-year-old man, a 21-year-old woman, a 30-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman, were all hospitalized with serious injuries.
An investigation is ongoing.
