Man Dies in Sanger Vehicle Collision on Highway 180 and Bethel Avenue
Sanger, California (June 14, 2023) – On early Wednesday morning, authorities responded to a fiery car accident at an intersection in Sanger.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the wreck was reported just before 3:00 a.m. on Highway 180 and Bethel Avenue.
An eastbound Dodge Charger on Highway 180 rear-ended a Honda Odyssey in unclear circumstances.
The Odyssey then lost control, went off the roadway, and crashed into a tree.
The Honda burst into flames due to the collision.
The sole party, the Honda driver, died in the mishap.
The police believed speed and reckless driving was a factor in the collision.
The crash remains under investigation.
