1 Killed, 1 Hospitalized in Pomona Car Accident on Garey Avenue
Pomona, California (May 29, 2023) – One person was killed Sunday night after a crash in Pomona, according to the authorities.
According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, the crash was reported at around 8:45 p.m. on May 28 on Garey Avenue near Bonita Avenue.
Two vehicles collided in the area in unclear circumstances.
Firefighters arrived at the scene and extricated two people who had been trapped inside a car.
One party died at the scene, while the other person was hospitalized for treatment of unspecified injuries.
