Justin Estira ID’d as Pedestrian Killed in San Jose Crash on Rinconada Drive
San Jose, California (June 8, 2023) – Santa Clara County Medical Examiner has identified 15-year-old Justin Estira as the pedestrian killed early Wednesday morning in San Jose.
The accident was reported at around 1:36 a.m. June 7 on Rinconada Drive, according to the San Jose Unified School District.
A juvenile girl was driving a 2019 Subaru sedan through an apartment complex parking lot entrance when she struck the Willow Glen High School student.
Estira was declared deceased at the crash site.
The car driver remained at the scene and helped with the investigation.
