1 Killed in Tulare Car Accident on Road 36 near Avenue 248
Tulare County, California (June 23, 2023) – Authorities are investigating a fatal two-car crash on Road 36 in Tulare County Thursday night.
The California Highway Patrol said the incident occurred around 9 p.m. on June 22 on Road 36 near Avenue 248.
A 47-year-old man was driving a Toyota northbound on Road 36 when he sideswiped a southbound Nissan driven by an 18-year-old man.
The impact of the collision sent the Toyota off the roadway, where it hit a tree and overturned.
One person was killed in the accident.
