Fillmore, California (September 16, 2016) – A 20-year-old Fillmore man was killed early Friday morning following a deadly collision involving three vehicles in Fillmore, according to the police.

The accident took place shortly before 4:00 a.m. this morning on Highway 126 near Old Telegraph Road.

Reportedly, the man was driving east on highway 126 when his vehicle veered into the westbound lane of the highway and collided with a pickup truck.

He then went towards the north shoulder of the roadway and collided with a second vehicle. The Fillmore man was rushed to Ventura County Medical Center and he was pronounced dead at the hospital.

About 3 other people sustained minor injuries in the crash and were treated at the scene.

According to the police, the three vehicles involved in the accident sustained major damages.

The crash is under investigation.
