One Killed in Frazier Park Fatal Head-on Traffic Collision
Frazier Park, California (September 8, 2016) – One person was killed and another injured following as fatal head-on collision in Frazier Park on Wednesday afternoon.
The head on deadly head-on collision took place at about 3:40 p.m. yesterday between a white1989 Isuzu pickup truck and a 2002 Chevrolet service truck.
According to the 23ABC News, the driver of the Isuzu pickup truck was heading westbound on Mil Potrero Highway just west of Ward Drive when they crossed a left curve in the road and lost control of the vehicle and collided head-on with the 2002 Chevrolet.
The Isuzu driver was thrown out of their vehicle following the crash and suffered fatal injuries. The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of 2002 Chevrolet, Zachary Gaincanelli, 22, of Frazier park sustained minor injuries in the crash.
The authorities suspect that alcohol was a factor in the deadly crash.
