FRESNO, California (July 27, 2016) – One person was killed Wednesday morning following a deadly crash at North Maroa Avenue and West Shaw Avenue, a CHP report said.
The accident happened this morning when a man believed to be in his 50s was hit by a silver Toyota Corolla in the westbound lanes. The driver who struck the man remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
Police closed area around Maroa and Shaw to allow room for investigation.
Police are investigating the crash to determine liability
