PHELAN, California (July 27, 2016) – A deadly head-on collision was reported Wednesday morning at Trinidad and Phelan Roads, authorities said.
According to a CHP report, the head-on crash occurred approximately 10:44 AM this morning. Further, the report indicated that the crash may have involved at least 3 vehicles. Two of the vehicles were described as a blue Volkswagen and a white Isuzu SUV.
Paramedics responded to the scene to help those injured. At least one person was killed in the crash. The person was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
