RAMONA, California (July 27, 2016) – A hit-and-run collision involving two vehicles was reported Wednesday morning at Ramona Oaks Road and Daza Drive, as per a California Highway Patrol report.
The crash took place between an orange Dodge and a silver Mercedes just before 7:00 AM this morning.
The Dodge drove away from the scene after the accident and was seen traveling eastbound on Ramona Oaks Road dragging vehicle parts with it.
One person was injured in the accident and was taken to a hospital for treatment. His condition was not disclosed.
The victim’s son arrived at the scene and removed the vehicle.
Police are searching for the suspected hit-and-run driver. An investigation into the crash is underway by police.
