San Leandro, California (December 15, 2016) – Injuries were reported Tuesday afternoon after two vehicles collided at the intersection of southbound 880 Freeway and Lewelling Boulevard, according to a police report.
The incident was reported at about 4:46 p.m.
As per the report, a witness told the police that a driver of a blue Toyota sedan was having a seizure leading to a crash with another vehicle at the intersection.
Injuries were reportedly sustained in the accident, but the extent of the injuries and the number of parties injured was not indicated in the report.
Police officers responded to the scene along with towing services.
The paramedics were also called to the scene to help the injured parties.
