Shafter, California (October 4, 2016) – One person was killed Tuesday morning after two vehicles collided in Shafter, according to a police report.
The accident took place this morning at about 6:30 a.m. at the intersection of Fresno Avenue and Scaroni Avenue.
One of the vehicles involved in the accident caught fire after the crash. At least one person got pinned in the burning vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The report indicates that at least seven other people were injured in the crash.
