Stacey Woienski Dies in Sonoma Car Accident on Arnold Drive
Sonoma Valley, California (May 18, 2023) – Stacey Woienski, 44, of El Verano, died following a head-on crash in Sonoma Valley Tuesday night.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the crash happened around 7:25 p.m. on May 16 on Arnold Drive north of Leveroni Road.
Woienski was driving a southbound 2023 Chevy Silverado pickup on Arnold Drive, crossed over the double lines, and collided head-on with a Ford Ranger pickup truck.
Woienski was declared deceased at the crash site.
The Ranger driver, a 32-year-old Sonoma resident, sustained severe injuries and was airlifted to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital for treatment.
The roadway was closed for three hours as police investigated the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
